Founded in 1991, the Epicurean Group is one of the leading hospitality groups in Hong Kong. Epicurean owns and operates a wide variety of hospitality food and beverage outlets through its subsidiary, Epicurean Management Ltd. (EML). Epicurean is a leader in the development, management and operation of innovative food and beverage concepts in Hong Kong and China.

Epicurean started with its first shop, Wing Hong Chan, the Chinese herbal tea shop, in 1991. Two years later, Café Flipp, the sidewalk café, became the first western restaurant to join the group.Since then, Epicurean Group has created numerous restaurants and bars with multiple themes. In addition, EML has acquired several iconic and long-history HK and Asia brands such as Jimmy's Group, 97 Group and Italian Tomato (Hong Kong) in 2002, 2006 and 2007 respectively.
