The Apple Tart Sugar Glazed with Caramel Ice Cream is a French classic dessert which the tart is filled with fresh sliced green apples. The smooth caramel ice cream perfectly matched with the flavour of green apples. Mojito Cheesecake is another creative dish from Chef Richard. He mixes the classic Mojito cocktail with cheese cake to permeate a refreshing flavor of mint. What's more? Don't forget to try the Summer Berries Pudding, Lemon Tart and Coconut Panna Cotta.
