The Job:
- Work in reception area
- To perform reception duties such as handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, arranging courier delivery and mailing.
- To provide general support to administration department and internal departments
- To handle office administration duties including stationery supply, office equipment repair and maintenance, etc

The Person:
- F.7 or above;
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience;
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese;
- Proficient in PC skills (Word, Excel)
- Pleasant, polite, responsible and self-motivated;
- Immediate available is preferable.

General Description
The WebMaster is responsible for creating an exciting worldwide presence for Epicurean Group and our brands via the Internet. As a member of the Marketing team, this person will interact and act as a service agency to meet the online needs for PR, Advertising, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Event Marketing, and International Marketing. In addition, attention will be given to meet the needs of Tech support, Product Management, and Inside Sales.

- Create an on line presence and company image website and keep it updated with news, awards and promotions for Epicurean and Epicurean businesses.
- Map and plan the site to ensure the most effective plan-o-gram.
- Measure the page statistics and ensure visitors are going where intend.
- Create and maintain online news groups and social platforms for all outlets.
- Ensure Epicurean has regular promotions to encourage repeat site traffic.
- Encourage online registration.
- Personalize the site with photos and personality.
- Consistently update all major Internet search list to ensure Epicurean and Epicurean brands are properly referenced.
The ideal Webmaster candidate should be / have:
- Minimum 2 years system design and development experience in PHP
- Solid hands-on experience on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver is a MUST
- Experienced in JavaScript, Ajax, SQL
- Familiar in web hosting / DNS / DNS forwarding
- Familiar in Video Editing, Flash animation and action script
- Knowledge of SEO, HTML 5 and email broadcasting
- Market savvy and understands the strategical importance of an effective website.
- Program effectively in HTML, Java, and other needed disciplines.
- Excellent graphical taste--with either the capability to design, or the eye to approve designs that match the corporate image.
- Service oriented and understands that his/her roll will be in both servicing the online needs of the marketing department and in proactively marketing, developing and improving the website.
- Able to take direction as needed, work independently, yet also use initiative.
- Highly trusted and is a team player.
