Brisa is a cacao-driven café and culinary cocktail bar based in Hong Kong. Working closely with Conspiracy Chocolate, Brisa places single-origin, bean-to-bar cacao at the centre of its identity, alongside precision-roasted specialty coffee and a highly ingredient-driven cocktail program. By day, Brisa operates as Hong Kong’s first cacao café; by night, it transforms into a culinary cocktail lab where drinks are crafted using fresh, seasonal produce, in-house infusions, and bespoke techniques.
