Job Description
The incumbent will directly report to the Restaurant Manager, he / she will be responsible for handling table bookings, customers’ enquiries via telephone calls, emails or company website, escort the customers to the dining area and ensure the provision of highest quality of dining service to our every single customer.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience of working in Western cuisine restaurants / brasseries.
- Proficient in English while fluent in verbal Chinese will be definitely an advantage.
- Experienced in customer service and restaurant booking handling will be preferred.
- Friendly, humble and willing to communicate with people
