- Handle table bookings, customers’ inquiries via telephone calls, emails or company website
- Escort the customers to the dining area
- Ensure the provision of the highest quality of dining service to every single customer.
- At least 1-year experience of working in Western cuisine restaurants/brasseries.
- Proficient in English while fluent in verbal Chinese will be definitely an advantage.
- Experienced in customer service and restaurant booking handling will be preferred.
- Friendly, humble and willing to communicate with people
