Targeting to be opened in January 2020, our new Spanish inspired brasserie will be situated in the heart of Central, Hong Kong, where diners can enjoy classic, authentic cuisine, paired with a stunning custom-made zinc bar, carefully selected wines & hand crafted cocktails. Join our young talented team and be part of the excellent dining experience.

• Greet guests and deliver quality service in professional manner
• Prepare the restaurant and bar to be ready for service according to restaurant standards
• Possess good knowledge of the menu and drink list, and ensure all guests’ orders are served timely and correctly

• Good team player, self-motivated and versatile
• Positive personality to grow and shine
• Proficient in Cantonese and English
