Sous Chef / Chef de Partie / Commis – The Italian Popup

Responsibilities

  • Assist Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen operations
  • Cook dishes in a timely manner up to restaurant standards
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and cost efficiency

Requirements

  • At least 3 years relevant experience for the senior position; 1-2 years’ relevant experience for the other kitchen position in western cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and process
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Team player with can-do attitude
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Demi Chef
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered
