Sous Chef / Chef de Partie / Commis – The Italian Popup
Responsibilities
- Assist Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen operations
- Cook dishes in a timely manner up to restaurant standards
- Ensure high standards of food quality and cost efficiency
Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant experience for the senior position; 1-2 years’ relevant experience for the other kitchen position in western cuisine
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and process
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Team player with can-do attitude
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Demi Chef
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered
