With the dawning of summer, Kakure are happy to announce the launch of an Early Summer Dinner Course, brought to delight visitors with seasonal specials that are bound to satisfy even the most discerning of diners.
The seven-course meal will start with Seasonal Appetizers, followed by Seasonal Sashimi. The meal will continue with a Grilled Chillean Sea Bass in Shiso Sauce, Stewed Jumbo Prawn with Miso, and two different Teppanyaki favourites (Fresh Eel & A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Tenderloin), followed by a Chilled Inaniwa Udon with Uni Sauce. Finally, a selection of Japanese Seasonal Fruit will be served to end your scrumptious meal on a sweet note.
