Welcome The Year of Rat In Shanghaiese StyleXia Fei Society
To welcome the Year of the Rat, Xia Fei Society is offering two exceptional 10-course Shanghainese Celebration Menus for lunch and dinner, from now till mid-February.
In our Set A, savour the light Sauteed River Shrimp with Sweet Pea, the Double-boiled Chicken with Fish Maw and Pork Dumpling in Soup and the Steamed Fresh Mud Crab with Rice in Lotus Leaf. And in Set B, the highlights must be the eye-catchy Roasted Whole Suckling Pig and the Braised Angus Beef Short Rib in Brown Sauce. Diners can choose to have the Steamed Fresh Spotted Garoupa or Whole Giant Garoupa as one of the mains.
Both sets include the iconic appetiser platter which includes Zhenjiang Pork Jelly Terrine, Drunken Chicken and Smoked Fish, the flavoursome Deep-fried Chicken with Scallion Oil, Steamed Minced Pork Dumpling, Deep-fried Shredded Turnip & Conpoy Pastry and the healthy desserts.
Set A is priced at $3,380 for six people and $6,380 for 12 people, plus 10% service charge. Set B’s prices range from $7,580 to $8,380 for 12 people, plus 10% service charge.
